After Sales Services Manager

Baymak is a global company within the BDR Thermea Group. Serving customers in more than 100 countries worldwide, BDR Thermea Group is a global player with market-leading HVAC brands and production facilities in 15 different countries, including Turkiye.

We employ 6,100 people worldwide. Baymak manufactures heating, cooling, water heating, water technology and renewable energy products and exports to 65 countries around the world. With more than 50 years of experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, Baymak has approximately 1,000 dealers, 2,100 sales points and 1,500 service technicians throughout Turkiye.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ownership of long term strategy development (5-10 years), execution of the functional strategy and operational direction of the department.
  
• Design and implement new service structure including ERP system to enable future growth of this channel.
• Turnaround the service business into a profit generator for Baymak Turkey.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in total, including 5 years in a customer care management role within the heating and cooling, white goods and automotive industries. 
• Problems encountered are often complex and require extensive research and analysis.
• Requires the ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches and the ability to communicate and influence senior management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and global expertise and coordination with Services BDU worldwide.
