GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing the existing business partners in Sub-Sahara (North Africa) area, executing relevant strategies, all sales and marketing activities in order to improve the business results and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Setting up and developing new business partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers (supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. chains) inSub-Sahara (North Africa) area.
  • Developing strategies to achieve sales targets; implementing such strategies; taking actions on time depending on circumstances; developing new strategies and actions to ensure continuous growth of business in the region.
  • Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards.
  • Analyzing sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts by regularly reviewing and reporting on sales performance and sales forecasts,
  • Ensuring the development of existing customer portfolio, maintaining relations with existing customers and related sales operations,
  • Following up and managing the whole export process in coordination with Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and other relevant teams.
  •  Monitoring and analyzing on market share, market developments, competition, competitor activities, risks, and opportunities, preparing an action plan and executing it in order to improve the business results and realize the sales targets.
  • Performing accurate budgeting and forecasting activities based on past data and current business results considering the new trends in the market, risks, opportunities, and other critical criteria.
  • Being responsible for maintaining knowledge of new and existing products, services, and solutions to ensure business credibility and brand awareness can be maximized when engaging with our customers.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research for Shisha and RYO/MYO tobacco industry.
  • Constantly discovering and pursuing knowledge of import/export rules in depth,
  •  Understanding of the legal and regulative challenges facing these areas,
  • Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Monitoring the progress and reporting to the Export Sales Group Manager and superiors regularly.
  • Travelling abroad and visiting markets & clients regularly,
  • Exhibiting or visiting exhibitions abroad

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field is preferred,Master’s Degree is a strong plus.
  • Proven Export Sales experience of minimum 3 years; sector-specific export sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategical thinking & analytical & negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Planning & execution & coordination & time management skills.
  • Communication & relationship skills with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • No obstacles for traveling internationally.
