Financial Controller

We are looking for a Financial Controller for our group company abroad.

Description

• Provides all financial reporting, budgeting forecasts, analysis, internal controls and balance sheet review processes, in line with IFRS, corporate policies and reporting requirements,
• Preparing monthly Forecast and annual Budget, timely collection of relevant information by the departments,
• Responsible for month end closing activities and preparation of financial reports in accordance with IFRS and group company requirements,
• Preparing analysis of financial reports to top management, evaluating and interpreting variances of financial results and planned targets / forecasts / budget,
• Analyzes any significant variances in budget forecast and operating results to ensure the accuracy of our financials and to initiate the corrective or the improvement actions, as needed.
• Precise end of period results, financial and activity data are prepared and analyzed, in line with corporate governance framework.
• Initiate, lead or actively participate in special projects that meet the needs of the company and/or enhance efficiency and streamline department processes and procedures.
• Reporting to Fiscal Manager

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Economics (Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration),
• At least 2 years of controlling experience & deep knowledge in planning, forecasting and reporting processes
• Have strong innovation-driven and agile mindset
• Analytical thinking, detail oriented, problem-solving attitude.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of IFRS,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs is a must,
• Good knowledge of SAP is a must,
• Be highly analytical, detail oriented and problem solver together with exceptional critical thinking skills,
• Willingness of self-development and continuous learning activities,
• Experience in one of the big four audit companies is appreciated.
