Right now, we're searching for Customer Services Representative to join our Istanbul team. If you're passionate about continuous improvement, share our vision, and are eager to contribute to our success, we can't wait to welcome you into our family!
Here are the qualifications and responsibilities we're seeking:
General Qualifications:
· Proficiency at English verbal and written
· Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
· Computer skills
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills
· Have a disciplined working mentality
· A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
· Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
· Availability to work flexible shifts and weekends
· Bachelor degree: BS degree in business or related field would be a plus
· Proven work experience as a customer services is a plus
