Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience (4-5 years) in a marketing role, with a focus on marcom, demand generation, and event management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS office applications (Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
• Preferably proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Self-motivated team player with a passion for marketing and continuous learning.
• Completion of military service for male candidates.

Job Description:

• As a Marketing Specialist at Teleperformance, you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies and campaigns. You will be responsible for various marketing activities including, but not limited to:
• Managing all marcom initiatives to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinating with external communication and design agencies to develop relevant press releases and creative assets.
• Overseeing database management to ensure accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
• Identification and translation of existing whitepapers or researchs for targeted marketing purposes.
• Planning and executing demand generation e-mailings to segmented clients and prospects
• Providing support to the sales team by creating customized presentations and site visits for prospects.
• Managing end-to-end event planning and execution, including trade shows, roundtables and webinars.
• Updating and maintaining website content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Designing and creating landing pages to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Managing social media channels (esp. Linkedin), keeping logs on the relevant application
• Supporting the activities regarding the development, production, and use of the company's printed promotional materials.
• Supporting the team in developing innovative solutions to bolster sales, creating and unveiling solution bundles and campaigns for marketing-driven sales initiatives.
• Conducting competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Generating monthly reports to track key marketing metrics and provide insights to Teleperformance Group and Türkiye executives.

This position is located in Eyup/Istanbul and follows a hybrid work model.
