Role: CoE Lead – Budget and Reporting

Working Type / Location: Full-time / Ankara

Working Model: Hybrid

What are the responsibilities of this role?

• Lead the FP&A team in developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning

• Partner with Agile teams to integrate financial planning into the Agile planning and execution processes

• Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance

• Develop and streamline financial reporting processes to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support Agile projects and initiatives

• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in an Agile environment

• Drive process improvements and efficiency within the function through process digitalization and reporting automation

What are the general qualifications required for this role?

• Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus 

• Have advanced level of English

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Good and proven knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and controlling techniques

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, Agile environment

• Proficiency in financial planning software and tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAC, SAP BPC)

• Understanding of Agile principles and experience applying them in a finance function is a plus
