We are looking for a team member for the position of "Production Coordinator” who will take a key role in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and/or related department,
• At least 5 years of production and/or project management experience in the automotive/agricultural machines industry,
• Experience in production-related management reporting in multinational companies (preferably Japanese companies),
• Training and knowledge in TPM-WCM, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, quality tools, and core tools of IATF 16949 (MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, TQM, TPS)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, preferably Japanese,
• Proficiency in MS-Office programs,
• Experience in ERP software, preferably Canias ERP,
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking abilities,
• Good communication skills with result oriented mindset and proactive approach,
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordination of manufacturing, R&D, and purchasing activities in the factory,
• Assisting in improving documents and processes,
• Regular attendance at meetings with global partners,
• Responsibility for production and project-related management reports,
• Maintaining production efficiency and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed,
• Reporting directly to the Factory Manager.
